HOTEL SYRACUSE

Adam Zeller (John Malkovich), a famed mathematician in his 60s, arrives from Sicily to a conference on mathematics being held at Syracuse University, New York. His purpose is to deliver a paper on the Syracuse problem. Accompanied by Lisa a young admiring mathematician, Adam arrives at Hotel Syracuse, and after checking in, he begins to discover that all the people at the hotel are people from his past. Lisa witnesses this occurrence. We begin to realize that it’s not a fantasy or hallucinations, but reality. The hotel becomes a metaphor for life’s mysterious journey. Eventually Adam discovers he is no longer the person he previously was.
"LE TERMINUS"
The story revolves around a French restaurant called ''Le Terminus''. All the characters in this story are in complete moral and social disarray. Denis is the owner of this restaurant and he does everything he can to avoid bankruptcy. Nadia, a beautiful waitress, is looking for her Prince Charming. Clement, a rowdy thief, is in love with Nadia and Mars is a misunderstood artist. Everyday, they will meet at ''Le Terminus'' where they will develop special bonds between them.
THE EMBASSY
Based on a true story of Dr. Eduardo Martinez Alonso and his wife, Ramona de Vicente, during the WWII in Spain. This story is centered around a British tea room called ‘Embassy’ in Madrid situated two blocks away from the British embassy that becomes a refugee home for hundreds of people escaping from Nazi Europe. This is a powerful story about people helping each other out during difficult times, never minding how it’ll affect their lives and social standings.
SHABTAI ZVI / FALSE MESSIAH
Based on a true story of Shabtai Zvi, a Jewish rabbi, who proclaimed himself a Messiah and made tens of thousands of people believe him. According to the Zohar, the original text of Kaballah, the year 1648 was to be the year of Israel's redemption by the Messiah. Keeping this in mind Shabtai conceived and partly carried out a plan which was of the gravest consequences for the whole of the Jewish community and whose effects are felt even at the present time.
